It all started back in 1997 when the Vanenburg IT Park (now called the VIT Park) was conceptualised. That was when the now-Stellar Space team got together. The one million sq. ft., 20-acre project still remains a landmark in Hyderabad’s world famous IT corridor. A greenfield project - VITP managed to put Hyderabad’s fledgling IT industry into the world’s IT map.
In 2005 – when The Vanenburg group decided to exit the real estate business ‘The Team’ joined up to form Stellar Space. Since then we have added many a landmarks to Hyderabad’s skyline – NVIDIA, Sierra Atlantic (now Hitachi Consulting), Flagstone-Towers to name a few.
It has been a fascinating journey since 2005 for Stellar Space Private Limited (registered as a Private Limited Company in India under the Companies’ Act, 1956) having built an array projects both diverse & prestigious.
Apart from Buildings & Turn-key Interiors Projects, Stellar space also undertakes Operation & Maintenance of Facilities post completion.
