With vast experience in the construction industry since 1978, C.J. Surendar, an Engineering Graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, leads his team to bring exceptional value to every project.
His expertise is reflected in the important projects handled by him, which include Calcutta's now famous Metro Railway project, a 600-bed International Class Hotel in Tashkent, National Centre of Arts Complex in Delhi, a Copper Concentrator Plant in Central India, a Rapid Loading Silo system and the project close to his heart - Vanenburg IT Park (now VIT Park) as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Kumar, a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Bombay - focuses on the technical aspects of the project.
He has decades of experience in the field of construction. Some of the projects handled by him include Pharmaceutical Plant for Burroughs Wellcome, office building for IDBI at Calcutta, office building for IDBI and EXIM Bank at Mumbai. As the Vice President, he has played a major role in the success of Vanenburg IT Park.
